Executive, HR Operations Administrations

**Job Role Description:
- **
The Executive is responsible for maintaining processes and systems that support strategic HR initiatives for the various HR functions. He/she liaises with various departments to understand and gather data required for the work processes
- Support and administer monthly payroll and tax administration, including checking and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain benefits administration.
- Support and administer leave management.
- Support onboarding administration, including but not limiting to preparation of Letter of Acceptance (LOA), Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA), etc.
- Support offboarding administration, including issuance of Acceptance of Resignation (AOR), IR21 tax clearance, checking and verification of balance benefits.
- Prepare disciplinary letters and support progressive disciplinary processes
- Process and administer Workman Compensation claims.
- Prepare and maintain required reports for verification and checking of work processes and as required to support HR initiatives for various HR functions
