**HR Operation-50%**
- Handle the pre-recruitment process (e.g: Job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding registration, exit clearance, etc)
- Maintain and update employee’s file records and leave records in the system
- Responsible for all work-related passes
- Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in HR manager in HR initiatives, programs, guidelines, and etc.
- Provide support in all general administrative HR operations
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by HR manager
**Admin Operation-50%**
- Responsible for purchase and maintenance of office related equipment (e.g. office furniture, laptops, photocopier, desk phones, and other consumables etc)
- Responsible for stationery and office needs purchase (e.g. stationaries, printing of name cards, company logo or signage, letterheads, etc)
- Updating and maintenance of office admin inventory list
- Responsible for office environment maintenance in keeping office clean and tidy.
- Sourcing and liaison with vendors in provision of quotations for best quotes related to admin matters.
- Assist on other daily administrative activities and provide support to the team
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma
- Willingness to learnt and have initiative.
- Meticulous, responsible, and good team player
- Good communication in terms of verbal and written
- Able to meet the timeline
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
