**Roles & Responsibilities**
**RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope)**:
- Practice HR policies/procedures that in line with both company and government guidelines
- Manage staff personal data and information with confidential manner
- Facilitate performance review procedures
- Handle employees’ enquiries and grievances
- Maintain current HR technology (payroll software) and recommend more effective software if necessary
- Handle monthly payroll matters such as check and calculate timesheets within the timeline
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting MYEs usage and CoreTrade % to ensure to meet the guidelines
- Handle Worker’s GHS Insurance renewal
- Support company events
- Upkeep the PC listing
- Handle office administrative works if required
**REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience)**:
- Educational Level and the field of study:_ _Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Minimum 5 year’s proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role
- At least 2 years’ hands on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with MOM guidelines and other government guidelines such as BCA
- Good knowledge of construction industries related regulations and practices will be advantage
