As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a China Business Manager to join our HQ team in
London.

As the China Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales channels and day-to-day operations in China. Your primary objective will be to increase revenue and market share for our company by developing and executing successful strategies and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing all key sales channels, including Tmall Global and Douyin, as well as wholesale business.
- Manage our Tmall Global Store, optimizing product listings, and working with TP partner to implement marketing tools to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage Douyin store, optimizing product listing, planning and executing livestream strategy, leveraging KOL partnerships, and measuring the effectiveness of livestreaming campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TP Partner, wholesale partners, and other stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations in China, including supply chain, inventory management, and customer support.
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies to expand our company's presence in China.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and growth.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance, opportunities, and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry, with a focus on the Chinese market.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese beauty market, including consumer behaviour, market trends, distribution channels, and social media landscape.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing business strategies that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks in a dynamic market environment.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
