Are you passionate about expanding business horizons and fostering valuable partnerships in the healthcare industry? We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our physiotherapy center group across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop business strategies, focusing on Singapore, to grow our client base by identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Build strategic partnerships with insurance companies, corporates, sports teams, schools, and other potential collaborators to drive business growth and enhance our reputation.
- Proactively network and build lasting relationships with stakeholders, attending industry events and conferences to promote our services.
- Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring agreements are well-defined and documented.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute partnership plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields.
- Prior experience in business development or partnership roles within healthcare or wellness industries preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and financial implications.
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
- Proactive, outgoing personality with a natural aptitude for networking.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects independently.

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
