**Social Media & Community Relations Coordinator - China**

As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a Social Media & Community Relations Coordinator to join our HQ team in London.

**The role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and managing relationships with influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adapt global calendar and execute a content calendar for all social media channels (Weibo, RED, WeChat, Douyin), ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
- Responsible for adapting existing social media content, including graphics, videos, and written content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing objectives.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the brand's tone, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring that all content is on-brand and aligned with the company's values.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional content, including new product launches and special promotions.
- Monitor and research the latest social media and influencer trends, staying up to date on industry news and emerging platforms.
- Analyse and report on social media campaign performance metrics, adjust strategy as needed to improve ROI and drive engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs), including bloggers, social media influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand alignment.
- Monitor influencer performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize campaign results.
- Assist in sending out gifting boxes to Chinese influencers, help with shipping issues, ensure smooth and timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
- Deep understanding of China's social media landscape, including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze social media performance metrics to inform campaign strategy.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
