**Role Overview**: As a Marketing & Social Media Enthusiast at Jaedals, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our growing community. In addition to your marketing responsibilities, you'll also gain hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, and eCommerce. This role is perfect for someone who aspires to start their own business in the near future, as it offers a great mentorship program. You’ll not only contribute to the overall customer experience both online and in-store but also learn the ins and outs of running a successful fashion retail brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Participate in retail operations, including assisting with visual merchandising and in-store displays
- Provide excellent customer service in-store, helping customers find the perfect Jaedals for their needs
- Gain experience in inventory management, product restocking, and sales reporting
- Work closely with the retail team to understand customer preferences and feedback, using this insight to improve marketing strategies
- Contribute to eCommerce operations, including managing online orders and customer interactions

**Qualifications**:

- A strong passion for social media, content creation, fashion, and retail
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Interest in retail operations, customer service, and eCommerce
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or retail is a plus but not required
