**Responsibilities**

**1. Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the brand’s direction.

**2. Social Media Platform Management**:

- Responsible for publishing, creation and curation of content on the various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, WeChat, RED, etc, brand community outreach efforts, social CRM and other day-to-day activities.
- Optimize social media channels to increase follower base, drive engagements and traffic to blog and website.
- Plan and organize layout of content for social media platforms.
- Uploading and scheduling of approved content on the same platforms.
- Budget, launch and track social media advertisements.

**3. KOL Management**:

- Management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) projects from sourcing, liaison, shipping, execution to the delivery of all final assets.
- Management of multiple projects and ensuring timely content delivery.
- Communicate with influencers, media agency and related vendors to build and maintain a strong network.

**4. Creative Development**:

- Work with internal creative content specialist to ideate social media contents.
- Develop engaging organic content and ads for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, RED and our e-commerce site (photos, videos, banners, etc.)

**5. Reporting & Analysis**:

- Update engagement reports and consolidate with simple analysis.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing contents and campaigns with action plan recommendations to maximize results and achieve KPI

**6. Research**:

- Competitor analysis - Perform market analysis and research on competition ensuring that the brand is up to speed with trends and competitors.

**7. Others**:

- Maintain proper records of documentation and invoices.
- Provide general support to the daily operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in digital, social media or marketing
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, RED)
- Experience in creating photo & video content for various platforms
- Intermediate skills in image & video editing to be able to produce high quality content
- Basic knowledge of but with strong interest in PR/Influencer marketing
- Strong aesthetic and creative skills
- Have a good eye for social media visuals and proactive
- Good time management
- Experience in creation of sales-conversion ads is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin a MUST, with strong copy vetting and writing skills

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
