About the role

Centennial Business Suites' is seeking a talented Senior/Customer Service Executive to join our vibrant team in Orchard Central Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in our dynamic commercial real estate and property management business.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse portfolio of commercial tenants and clients
  • Handle all tenant enquiries and negotiations, ensuring smooth transactions
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of our commercial properties, including coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support the efficient operation of the business
  • Handling Invoicing, virtual office and coworking tenants

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a customer service or property management role, preferably within the commercial office management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused approach
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the business
