**Key Responsibilities**
**Executive Support**
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for events, off-sites, and key meetings.
**Operational & Business Support**
- Assist in monitoring business operations and project progress.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation related to company initiatives.
- Help manage task lists, KPIs, and follow-up systems for the Director.
- Support team communications, onboarding, and coordination.
**Personal Support**
- Handle personal errands and scheduling as needed.
- Assist with property-related coordination (e.g., managing bookings or repairs in coliving spaces).
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Requirements**:
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role. Training will be provided.
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or coliving environments is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational background.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, etc.
