**Job Description**:
You will be assisting the Benefits team in the annual enrolment exercise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in insurance renewal, by consolidating declarations from HR Business Partners and input the information into the insurer Group Business Travel Declaration Form
- Perform in daily operational activities including processing tax invoices from vendors and the distribution of dental card(s)
- Assist in accrual exercise, by generating reports to identify employees who have not utilised the Preventive Health Screening and input the relevant costs into the Finance Accrual Template
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preferred studies in Human Resources or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Organised and meticulous
- Ability to complete assigned tasks promptly
