**Job Description**:
You will lead the Payroll and Benefits teams under HR Shared Services and work collaboratively with outsourced vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent service delivery.
Office Location: 615 Toa Payoh Lorong 4, #07-00 StorHub, Singapore 319516
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and approve monthly payroll and benefits details covering the whole spectrum of payroll, leave and benefits operations/processing, including variance analysis and payroll reporting
- Work closely with outsourced vendors and banks to manage end-to-end payroll processing, employee insurance claims processing and share plans administration
- Monitor performance KPIs of the outsourced vendors, ensure service level metrices are met and formulate solutions/SOPs to prevent issues from reoccurring and service failures
- Establish adequate controls to monitor and ensure regulatory compliance as well as accurate and prompt payments
- Manage internal and external payroll/benefits/share plans audit and provide clarifications and inputs that minimize audit risk
- Engage and motivate the teams to excel in service delivery through share and learn, obtaining feedback for improvement as well as reviewing and streamlining processes through innovations to enhance efficiency and add value to company
- Develop staff potential through coaching and planning for team members’ development needs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any other relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant payroll and benefits experience with at least 3 years of people management experience, preferably from an outsourced services or shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Experience leveraging continuous improvement best practices to identify improvement strategies and innovation
- Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Workday system will be an advantage.
