**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a team of payroll executives in Payroll Administration including tax filing and statutory contributions / claims for Group of Companies in SEA region. Also is responsible for payroll processing of a business unit.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus exercise including the preparation of letters.
- Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records, including HR systems and other databases.
- Support in both internal and external reporting requirements including participation in statutory and compensation / benefits surveys etc.
- Support the Payroll harmonization initiative for SEA, liaise with end users and HRIS for any system issue.
- Review the HR Shared Services process workflow (onboarding, off-boarding and other employee life cycle events) for effective and efficient delivery of quality HR services while enhancing the employee experience.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork within HR Shared Services team and gain trust from other stakeholders
- HR projects as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree (Business Studies / HRM) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and HR Shared Services of which at least 3 years in leading team
- Proficient in Times Payroll Software and/or Workday
- Familiar with SEA employment related statutory guidelines
- Experience in leading a team
- A collaborator with the mindset of providing good employee experience
- Resilient, detailed, analytical and open to changes
