DESIGNATION : HR Associate, Shared Services
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Associate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR related functions of the assigned business division.
- Manage employee life cycle activities such as Training administration,on-boarding, employment contract and work pass renewal, benefits administrations and off-boarding processes independently.
- Manage and Maintain accurate HR records in employee files and HR System to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required. e.g. performance appraisal exercises, salary and bonus reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource
- Good working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Take the initiative to propose solutions to work issues
- Experience in HR Shared Services environment and SuccessFactors system is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
