**Job Summary**
- Assist in managing and growing new / existing customer database through customer recruitment, retention and activation campaigns
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies to encourage customer retention and attracting new customers
- Developing CRM Strategies in line with HQ direction as well as local market direction
- Analyzing customer data and reviewing customer needs
- Continuous development of existing membership program, keeping up with market trends
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in monthly CRM direct communication with customers via eDM / SMS / app push to members
- Setting POS system (CRM promotions) and resolving membership promotion errors
- Extract and update data for reports
- Planning strategy for membership recruitment and retention
- Manage CRM programs, campaigns and the budget of CRM and loyalty activities
- Improve customer satisfaction & retention level
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
**Skill Sets and Personal Attributes**
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Marketing or CRM preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong adaptibility and attention to detail
- Good analytical skills and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English (verbal/ written). Korean speaking will be an advantage
- Good team player, positivve mentality, immediate starter
