Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION : Executive, Strategy and Transformation (Temp to Perm)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As an Executive in the Strategy and Innovation Division, you will support the organisation to achieve its objectives through the monitoring of the Strategic Plan.

We are looking for individuals who believe in human-centred design practices and are passionate about building THKMC for the next lap. You will be part of the team that drives relevant strategies to raise the bar and efficacy of our operations through performance tracking and organisation development. Join a team of like-minded members working closely with you to advance this cause.

**Task, Duties and Responsibilities include**:
**Strategy Development and Implementation**
- Monitor the Strategic Plan reporting for timely updates
- Collaborate with internal services and HQ divisions to support the implementation of strategies, training and monitoring initiatives
- Follow up and coordinate the implementation of projects
- To monitor and drive the Staff Suggestion and Innovation Scheme with regular reports to Reporting Officer

**Event Management**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties for organisation wide events

**Others**
- Any other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in monitoring and reporting of projects
- Available immediately

**Essential selection criteria include**:
**Knowledge**
- Experience in the social service sector will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

**Skills**
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and good at problem-solving
- Vendor management
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in productivity suites such as Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
