Singapore HSA Health Sciences Authority Full time

Part of the Strategy & Business Transformation department in HSA, the Strategic Planning Branch supports top management in strategy formulation, execution and communication to staff and stakeholders of HSA.

The Branch also works closely with HSA’s Digitalisation Working Committee to drive HSA’s digitalisation strategy and plans in our journey to be a lean, agile and digital organisation.
- Support the formulation, execution and communication of strategies to achieve HSA’s vision to be the leading innovative authority protecting and advancing national health and safety.
- Monitor and evaluate HSA’s performance against targets as set out in the Strategy Map, and propose action plans to improve organisational results as necessary.
- Assist in the conduct of organisational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
- Support secretariat functions at decision-making forums and senior management meetings.
- Manage digitalisation and transformation projects assigned to the team.

Job Requirements
- Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in strategic planning or related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong team player with good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and manage time well
