Roles & Responsibilities VK Transformation is a fast-growing, 9-year-old strategic consulting and full-fledged digital marketing agency, headquartered in Singapore, dedicated to accelerating branding, marketing and digital transformation for startups, SMEs and MNCs across various industries. VK Transformation excels in crafting and executing winning digital strategies for clients with a proven data-driven approach. The Opportunity We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of VK Transformation in the region, developing relationships with prospective local businesses while ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads into VK Transformation’s sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be highly driven, have a deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape and digital marketing, and preferably have a proven track record of success in a Business Development role. The candidate should be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and be conversant in English. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for VK Transformation, identifying and targeting high-potential clients. Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Work closely with the founder/Lead Consultant, Snr Business Consultant and Snr Digital Marketing Consultant to craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the USPs of VK Transformation Manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads and work closely with the founder/Lead Consultant, Snr Business Consultant and Snr Digital Marketing Consultant to convert them into paying clients. Conduct digital audits and competitor analysis to develop effective digital marketing strategies Monitor website analytics and track SEO performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends. Qualifications Minimum 1-3years of experience in business development or a related field with a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Communication or related disciplines Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals. Strong understanding of the business landscape and customer needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good consultative selling skills - Ability to approach and convince decision-makers by listening to their business challenges and goals, and offering the right value-added solutions Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex business environments. Experience with digital marketing analytics is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
