**Role Overview**

As an Application Developer Intern at ITLink, you will contribute directly to the development and implementation of Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management solutions for our clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with leading enterprise technologies (IBM Planning Analytics and Microsoft Power BI) and contribute to real-world projects. You'll work alongside our experienced team, receive direct mentorship, and play a supporting role in delivering data-driven insights that help businesses succeed.

**What You'll Learn & Do**
- **Support Solution Development**:Assist Solution Architects and Developers in designing, coding, and implementing components of IBM TM1 and Microsoft Power BI solutions.
- **Data Integration Assistance**:Support efforts in connecting to various data sources and transforming data for use in BI dashboards and financial models.
- **Requirements Support**:Help gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features or enhancements.
- **Documentation & Training Aid**:Support the creation of technical documentation and user guides, and assist in preparing training materials for end-users.
- **Project Administration**:Assist Project Managers with tracking project progress, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Technology Exploration**:Gain exposure to our proprietary tools like Omni and TMVGate, and learn about the strategic shift towards productized services and future SaaS concepts.
- **Continuous Learning**:Actively engage in learning new technical skills and concepts related to data analytics, financial planning, and specific software solutions.

**What We're Looking For (Requirements)**
- **Education**:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- **Analytical Aptitude**:Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in problem-solving and understanding complex data.
- **Foundational Technical Interest**:Basic understanding of programming concepts or database principles (e.g., SQL) is a plus. A genuine curiosity about Business Intelligence tools, data modeling, or financial software is highly valued.
- **Eagerness to Learn**:A strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn new, specialized technologies rapidly, particularly IBM Planning Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
- **Proactive & Organized**:Self-motivated, with good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively under guidance.
- **Team Player**:Able to collaborate effectively within a team, taking direction and contributing positively to group efforts.
- **Commitment**:Available for a minimum of 5 months for the internship, from July 2025 to December 2025.
