Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, Strategy and Transformation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to Manager, Strategy and Transformation
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Executive (Strategy and Transformation) within the Strategy and Innovation Division, you will support our service Divisions with expertise, thought leadership to plan and implement new initiatives and innovations as we drive the organisation’s Strategic Plan.
We are looking for individuals who believe in human-centred design practices and are passionate about building THKMC for the next lap. You will be involved to a great degree in understanding our service Divisions’ needs, and identify relevant strategies to raise the bar and efficacy of our services through performance tracking and indicators. Join a team of like-minded members who will be working closely with you to advance this cause.
**Task, Duties and Responsibilities include**:
**Service Innovation and Development**
- Ideate and develop future concepts and strategies to engage our service Divisions and clients in meeting their needs.
- Develop and incorporate behavioural insights as part of our services to nudge individuals towards a progressive and positive mindset.
- Deploy design thinking sprints and/or other methods to test and prototype new service initiatives.
- Formulate and develop performance indicators to ascertain efficacy of initiatives.
Strategy Development
- Conduct user research among clients using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand their stories, needs and pain points
- Plan and execute a strategy that meets the changing economic climate and service needs
- Research on content best practices across public and private agencies to supply high quality ideas to the team
- Partner with stakeholders in the planning, execution and management of resources and roadmap
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and consultants to coordinate design activities, test and implement changes
- Assess performance through data analysis and present regular reports to management, with recommendations for improvement
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Senior Manager and Director of Strategy and Innovation Division
QUALIFICATIONS
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
**Essential selection criteria include**:
Knowledge
- Possess 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in social service sector will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and communicate well with people of all levels.
- Experience in human-centred design and behavioural insights is a plus
**Skills**:
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective business pitching, illustration and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in productivity suites such as Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Use of data analytics tool such as Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage
