To assist in strategy formulation, strategy execution and reporting of progress of core transformation programmes across CIMB Singapore (CIMB SG).

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy formulation**

a. Assist in structuring and solving business problems by collaborating and coordinating with internal stakeholders to make recommendations on business strategy

b. Assist in market research and rigorous analysis of business issues and/or opportunities

c. Assist in preparing presentation materials to communicate recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise and impactful manner

**2. Strategy execution**

a. Assist in delivering programmes/projects related to CIMB SG’s corporate strategy - from shaping of programme charters to successful implementation

**3. Programme reporting**

a. Develop and roll-out efficient processes and reports for tracking the progress of core country programmes - in collaboration with Group Strategy where applicable

b. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of programmes’ progress by coordinating with the respective programme owners

c. Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters relating to the core country programmes as directed by the CEO or Head, Strategy

4. Any other duties or responsibilities which the CEO or Head, Strategy & Transformation at their discretion deem as necessary from time to time to meet the needs of the organisation e.g. supporting CEO at events/presentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Prior management consulting or project management experience will be an advantage
- Management consulting or project management skills
- Excellent multitasking and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Good disposition and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Financial Services (preferred but not essential)
