Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority Full time

**What the role is**
- You will be a key member of the Organisation Excellence (OE) Department, which is responsible for supporting Senior Management to chart the corporate strategy for the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). This includes championing major organisation development and transformation initiatives to ensure that URA continues to be an adaptable, bold and innovative organisation that delivers on our mission of making Singapore a great city to live, work and play.

**What we are looking for**
- and division-level performance in relation to strategic direction and objectives, and can adeptly recommend strategic planning interventions;
- You are adept in developing deep insights to enhance organisation performance and health, formulate measures of success, study and test the feasibility of new models and best practices from other organisations, and identify opportunities for transformation and innovation, in relation to URA’s organisational context and priorities;
- You are confident and savvy in engaging with Senior Management in strategic conversations relating to Corporate Planning, Organisation Development (OD) and Change Management (CM);
- You are capable in engaging line divisions, inter-department project teams and relevant stakeholders to facilitate and implement OD and CM interventions and process reviews;
- You are data-driven in developing deep insights to improve organisation performance and health, formulate measures of success, study and test the feasibility of new models and best practices from other organisations, and identify opportunities for innovation; and - You are proficient in planning and organising staff engagement platforms and events, including the annual staff seminar and management retreat. Requirements - Keen interest and good knowledge in strategic planning, organisation development and transformation, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in or working with the public sector is an advantage. - Able to work well independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with ambiguity, able to multi-task and manage concurrent projects and competing timelines. - Highly motivated, adaptable and resourceful with a drive for excellence. - Strong interpersonal skills and able to engage, influence and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders. - Excellent written, presentation, communication and analytical skills. Experience in developing communications strategies and collaterals is an advantage.
