Responsibilities
- In charge of acquiring new customers and meeting personal goals.
- Creates, recommends, and implements a game plan for prioritized prospective customers.
- Contributes to the development of business development strategies and annual business development plans for specific markets, with the goal of meeting company goals and revenue targets.
- Manages, expands, and retains current client relationships while acquiring new ones.
- Creates a business book and keeps a current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in order to inform pipeline decision-making and prioritization.
- Market research on prospective customers should be conducted and compared to the Midcap criterion.
- Confirm the specifications with the decision-making group.
- Create a value proposition that demonstrates Neovia's ability to meet/exceed their requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and precise approach to working with multi-cultural and functional teams.
- Preferable within the logistic industry
- Excellent negotiator with a track record of closing deals and gaining new clients.
- Travel ability (travel to Asia Pacific countries is anticipated) while based in Singapore
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Time: Monday to Friday ( 8:30am-5pm)
