Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of Executive/sales personnel to deliver business requirements
  • Develop current businesses and solicit for new businesses
  • Maintaining good relationship with Customers and Principle to enable strong business collaboration

·       Design, deploy and execute work plans including and not limited to current business scale, training plans, target settings and review

·       Evaluation of performance in delivering against the agreed workplan with Principle

·       Ensuring all execution are done with prior alignment with Principle

·       Management of turn-over, staffing, on-boarding, and training of executives

  • Be involved in occasional events and ad-hoc projects given by superior

Gross Package

  • $5500-$7500 (included Car allowance and incentive)
