Executive, Customer Service Booking

**About the role**
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing their container bookings efficiently and ensuring seamless operations. This is a full-time permanent role based in the Singapore.
**What you'll be doing**
- To handle customer inquiries and bookings related to ocean freight services and processing their booking requests in a timely manner.
- To coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders for successful execution of customer bookings.
- To monitor and manage booking data by identifying and addressing to any issues without cost impact to the company.
- To provide regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments and ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained as required.
- To monitor and follow-up on special cargo, including detention, payment and terminal transmissions etc.
- To liaise with the Marketing team for space control matters.
- To participate in project and continuous improvement initiatives for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
**What we're looking for**
- Experience in analytics or Live Chat functions will be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and resilient.
