**Functions / Responsiilities**:
1. **Account Management & Growth**:Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public sector accounts within the ASEAN market.

2. **Sales Strategy & Execution**:Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

3. **Solution-Based Selling**:Lead a solution-based selling approach across the entire Citrix portfolio, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), and NetScaler, etc.

4. **Stakeholder Engagement**:Proactively engage and build relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their business challenges and align Citrix solutions with their IT and digital strategies.

5. **Partnership & Collaboration**:Work closely with partners and internal teams (e.g., technical pre-sales, professional services, marketing) to deliver successful customer outcomes.

**Compliance & Procurement**:Navigate and manage government procurement processes and compliance requirements for sales opportunities within the public sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of secure access, digital workspaces, Networking and app delivery solutions.Experience with Citrix or a competing technology is a significant advantage.

**Skills**:

- Excellent strategic relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, long-cycle sales processes.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
