Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive adoption of our Early Payment Solutions across large corporations and their supply chains in Singapore. This role requires a proven track record in selling financial solutions, excellent presentation and articulation skills, and strong networks within large enterprises — including family-owned conglomerates. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and coordinating multi-department engagement within client organisations.
What you will be doing:
Business Development & Sales
- Drive new business acquisition for Early Payment and Supply Chain Financing solutions.
- Identify, develop, and convert opportunities with large enterprises and their supply chain partners.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, structuring proposals, to deal closure.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, treasury, procurement, and finance teams in client organisations.
- Engage with family-owned business leaders and decision makers to promote adoption of early payment programs.
- Deliver compelling presentations that communicate solution value, ROI, and strategic benefits.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Lead internal coordination across product, credit, risk, legal, and operations teams to structure and deliver solutions tailored to enterprise clients.
- Serve as the central point of contact to ensure seamless client onboarding and program execution.
Market Development
- Leverage market knowledge and networks to build a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
- Provide feedback to product and strategy teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Singapore in the areas of early payment solutions, supply chain finance, or B2B enterprise payments.
- Professionals from other industries with strong corporate networks are welcome.
- Strong presentation and articulation skills with the ability to influence senior decision makers.
- Established network with large enterprises, including family-owned conglomerates and multinational corporations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Skilled in cross-departmental coordination within client and internal organisations.
- High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving fintech/financial services environment.
