**The Role**

This hands-on, high visibility HR Operations/AskHR Regional Lead role will relentlessly lead a regional distributed network of HR professionals as a high performing team to deliver high quality HR services & solutions that supports managers and employees where they are, aligns to the business strategy, and enables the company to achieve business goals, meet customer demands and deliver successful business results.
- Lead operational excellence, optimize, and scale all aspects of HR Operations in the region with a deep focus on employee experience and continuous improvement.
- Lead a regional team across multiple geographies that is functionally aligned and ensure development, belonging and diversity are top priority for the team to thrive and grow.
- Strategically plan and execute against key HR Operations objectives and priorities aligned with global standards and business needs.
- Support day-to-day escalations for operational excellence issues, establish and build strong relationships with the HR Operations employees and managers to deliver appropriate HR solutions.
- Proactively develop strong ongoing partnerships with the peers, HR business partners, COEs and cross-functional teams on knowledge management, data governance and effective utilization of HR systems & solutions to solve issues that help improve the employee and customer experience.
- Understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on HR operations topics, includes help to define consistent HR services and champion leveraging optimized HR systems and solutions at FMC that results in a superior employee and manager experience.
- Ensure teams deliver value-added HR service to the business requiring business acumen, creative thinking, and a desire to differentiate the manager & employee experience with HR at FMC every day.
- Monitor achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction for operational excellence through performance dashboard
- Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction and attrition levels to recommend employee-focused strategies and activities aimed to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources (at least 2-3 in a lead role)
- Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to nuance communications for different audiences.
- Experience driving operational efforts (leading direct reports or leading project teams is beneficial) - includes collaborating with HR business partners, COEs and/or third-party vendors supporting HR services.
- Proven experience with Excel and PowerPoint to influence decision-making and provide compelling story telling.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent e.g., Workday). Experience with HR services enabling technologies such as ServiceNow is a plus.
