You’ll help recognise performance and reward achievement. A varied role, you’ll drive a wide range of rewards projects. You’ll:
- Advise on salaries for new hires and promotions
- Analyse and report on rewards issues such as gender pay gap, internal / external benchmarking or annual reviews
- Manage our international transfer population
- Ultimately help instill a culture that motivates people to perform at their best.

**You’ll succeed because**
you’re highly numerate with excellent analytical skills. You:
- Are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Can turn data into meaningful insights, and can share the story with others
- Are organized and efficient, you improve existing processes and have close attention to detail
- Are a self-starter, hungry to get involved in a wide range of rewards projects.
