Reward Analyst Asean

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Worked closely with the Senior Reward Manager and HR teams across ASEAN on Reward matters.
- Execute key global reward processes for the region. Support preparations for successful completion of annual Pay Review process and timely completion of APP (Variable) target setting & pay-out process by working closely with the HR team.
- Support deployment of the global reward program rollouts by proactive communication and providing necessary guidance to regional HR team.
- Partner with HRBPs to clarify process related queries with regards to all rewards programs.
- Analyse and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including: industry trends, best practices, Tax and legislative requirements.
- Coordination and submission of data for various surveys for the region.
- Create offers for any incoming internal transferees in the region at mid
- management level. Provide expertise and advice to HR team on all transfer related issues in the region.
- Provide benefits benchmarking support to country HR teams in the region. Enable them to make effective decisions on benefits in line with market and RB global practices.
- Evaluate effectiveness and utilization of compensation and benefits programs and report the same on an annual basis.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate, with 2-5 years of experience in Reward function.
- Strong analytical capability e.g. data analysis; advanced excel; report analysis; able to draw conclusions and evaluate data/issues and give sound recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-driven individual with strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
