Dover Park Hospice was founded in 1992 as a secular, non-profit organisation to meet the growing need in Singapore for hospice care for terminally-ill patients. Open to everyone regardless of age, race, religion or income level, Dover Park Hospice is dedicated to meeting the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who are nearing the end of life’s journey. The goal is to enhance the living, comfort the dying and support the grieving with compassion and dignity.

**Job Summary**

You will be assisting the Senior Manager in developing a learning culture that aligned with the Hospice’s objectives and other HR functions.

This is a 6 month contract position.
- Assist in the Career Development and Learning & Development needs of the organization to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources
- Monitor of training budget to achieve resource optimization.
- Research and recommend relevant courses
- Administer all training funding and grants (e.g. VCF, CCMDA, CST and CCTG)
- Organize the onboarding programme
- Provide assistance and professional HR support to a range of HR project work.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in dealing with employees at all levels and ability to build effective professional relationships across all departments and with external providers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Experience**
- Peferably with some experience in training administration with a customer-focused approach and a track record of exceeding expectations.

**Qualification**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/ Business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Fully vaccinated staff and all are required to wear surgical masks
