Job description:
Areas of Responsibility
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
- Manage the pre-employment process including preparation of contracts , and coordination of pre-employment health screenings. Ensure all pre-employment is complete and compliant with organizational policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate and execute the on-boarding process for new hires including preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary access rights and equipment are arranged before employee's first day.
- Maintain and update HR databases with new hire information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Liaising with Statutory agency / governing body on the application, renewal, and cancellation of all work passes.
- Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Be a key team member in the HRSS expansion project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a HR or shared services environment will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SuccessFactor.
