The Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) was formed to spearhead co-learning and innovation in healthcare, gearing up the workforce for the changes and evolution of healthcare demands. The Opportunities
We are seeking an Sr/Executive, who will be the key player in CHI's game-changing mission in tomorrow's healthcare. You will be spear heading one of Ng Teng Feng (NTF) Healthcare Innovation Programme (HIP) Strategic Research Programmes (SRP) - Personalised Cardiometabolic Risk Management: Predict to Prevent (P2P) which aims to perform patient-centred early risk characterisation; develop effective and efficient methods to measure the status of vascular health; and optimise therapeautic strategies to prevent disease and maintain vascular health.
You will be the day-to-day owner of initiatives, who is adept in understanding the needs of innovators and researchers, and facilitates the journey and process to create value to patients and the health population we serve.
**Requirements**:
Graduate qualifications in nursing, science, business or project management
Familiarity with programme/project management tools and/or software packages. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
Have a working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Clinical Research, Clinical Trial process and related regulatory
Equip with strategic, operational and management skills
Familiar with Medical and Research Ethics requirements and terminology
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities
Able to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
Experience in managing complex programmes and projects
Preferably with 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in project management
**(Note**: This is a 2-year contract position)
