Sr / Executive (Research Contract Management)

The Clinical Research & Innovation Office (CRIO) promotes and coordinates research activities in TTSH. CRIO is equipped with skills and capabilities through her staff to effectively support the research enterprise of the Hospital.
As an Sr/Executive, you will provide administrative and operational support to all activities related to CRIO's services in the aspects of clinical research agreement and budget negotiation for collaborative agreement, research collaborations among institutions and patent management. This includes:
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to review the research and collaborative agreements, looking at the operational and legal aspects
- Ensure proper documentation and signatories of the research agreements and that agreements are executed in accordance to the agreed terms and conditions
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop the budget and negotiate with Sponsors/Collaborators accordingly
- Upkeeping of the research agreement database
You will also coordinate and organise research trainings and workshops, develop ad review work processes and SOPs.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant degree in healthcare or sciences, preferably with research training
Familiar with Clinical Trials and Regulatory Affairs as well as Medical and Research Ethics
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task effectively and manage time sensitive work processes
