Sr Executive/executive, Integrated Media

**1. Job Purpose**
To build, maintain and manage the reputation and image of National Healthcare Group (NHG) by supporting the strategic functions of Group Corporate Communications (GCC).
- Promote brand awareness and assist in the execution of integrated media, marketing and communications plans, corporate and national events, health promotion campaigns, exhibitions and the design and development of collateral and social media original contents.
- The incumbent will produce and distribute content elements across several digital platforms. The officer is required to be hands-on and independent in meeting expectations and tight deadlines. As part of training, the officer will also be immersed in media relations and other corporate communications assignments as appropriate, and involved in administrative operations.**2. Major Duties & Responsibilities**
Integrated Media- Produce compelling and immersive stories for public education and awareness
- Develop, organise and implement a content marketing strategy for the relevant target audience.
- Create strategic and effective content for various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Understand market sentiment to drive advertising and PR campaigns virally, build brand loyalty, and engage users to co-create and contribute content to media owners like press and broadcast companies.
- Able to write concise, sharp and SEO-friendly copy and produce multimedia packages. Debunk misinformation using digital tools and promote content on social media.

Video Production- Create animated videos (e.g. GIFs, short animated ‘explainers’), digital posters, interactive websites or content for social media
- Utilise video medium on various digital platforms and support production team to create content by writing, directing, filming and editing short videos.
- Support in both multi-camera studio and single camera production to produce videos in various genres.
- Explore different treatments for content to be re-purposed for multiple media platforms to engage different audiences.
- With fundamental listening, writing and audio production skills, support in recording and editing process, with the use of portable digital recorders.
- Stay up-to-date digital audio editing techniques in line with industry standards.

Support in advertising campaign for NHG, with a special emphasis on digital platforms- Develop clear writing objectives and translate them into coherent and cohesive written pieces suited for advertising, corporate communications, social media and mainstream media publicity.
- Persuasive communicator for media relations, including assessment of target audience, pitching stories and presenting ideas to the media.

Support Strategic Functions in Marketing Communications- Support in planning, execution, engagement, and logistics. management for events.
- Support in Marcomms exhibitions.

Develop an awareness of design principles for the purpose of visual communication- Produce digital material such as animated web banners and graphics for social networks or websites using computer graphics and animation.
- Through photography, produce images for computer graphics and animation for online ontent.

**3. Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Mass Communication/Film, Sound & Video/Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies/or from a related field is required
- Work experience in newsgathering and/or production, or related
- Familiarity with professional cameras with good photography skills
- Proficiency in ADOBE, Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop to design a range of in-house collateral; posters, social media content for campaigns, exhibitions, events and oversee production timelines
- Experience working in a media/broadcasting organisation is an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills with good time management
- Comfortable setting up and executing interviews with local sources
- Ability to be fast and first at breaking news on the web
- Able to deliver multiple stories for the web each day on a wide range of topics
- Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- A team player yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
