Report to Head of Strategy (HR)
- Develop fair HR policies and handbook and ensure employees’ compliance
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Manage performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Ensure timely & accurate processing of monthly and ad hoc payroll.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resources or Administrative
- Proven work experience of at least 4 years as an HR Senior Executive, HR Manager
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Excellent people management skills
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done
