HR Executive

Recruitment and Staffing:
- Participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs
- Maintain and update employee’s personal files and records.
- Manage employees’ off-boarding process e.g. exit interview/clearance, IR21, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Process monthly staff claims and payroll
- Prepare monthly HR reports e.g. payroll, staff claims, etc.
- Submit foreign worker levy waiver and annual income tax for all employees
- Leave & benefits administration e.g. LSA, referral fee, etc
- Handle group medical and insurance registrations, renewals, claims
Training and Development
- Assist in training needs analysis
- Source for training programs and arrange for training
- Maintain and update training records and upkeep training documentations
- Liaise with education institutions for internship programs
General HR Administration
- Handle statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS income tax, MOM, NS and ensure compliance
- Check and clear HR Mailbox
- Handle employee relations issues
- Assist in reviewing and updating of company’s HR policies and development of employee handbook
- Assist in consolidating staff appraisals
- Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, termination, etc.
- Participate in annual audits e.g. payroll, ISO
- Assists in preparing quarterly headcount reports and MOM surveys
- Support HR Manager in the development/ implementation of strategic HR planning /projects to meet the organizational goals such as talent management & development, organizational development
- Cover reception and admin duties during Admin Executive’s absence
- Other duties as assigned
**Required qualifications and skills**:
- Diploma in HR Management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
- Attention to details and well-organised
- Have a flair for problem-solving
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
