Corporate Banking Relationship Manager Responsibility: Managing and growing a portfolio of medium to large corporate clients through bilateral and syndication lending, in addition to a suite of commercial banking products and services Preparation of credit proposals supporting new transactions originating from the Asian desk and engaging with key internal stakeholders to justify the proposals Handling of loan documentation and negotiation, as well as fulfilment of all onboarding/KYC/AML requirements in accordance with bank’s policy Performing of facility renewal, periodic credit review, assignment of internal risk rating, monitoring of covenants and early warning signals Liaison with clients and both internal and external stakeholders on daily operational matters and general transaction process Requirement: A minimum of 12 to 20 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the banking sector, specifically covering large corporates. Proven expertise in project finance, leverage finance, and asset financing. Strong business development skills, with a track record of successful client acquisition and origination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
