What you will be doing
Delivering personalized skincare consultations, skin analysis & recommendation on each plans and products to customers based on each client's unique needs and concerns.
Achieve and exceed assigned personal and company sales targets, leveraging your experience in handling and closing high-ticket sales.
Ensure the efficiency and profitability of the outlet by overseeing daily operations, including devising sales plans and managing customer care and administrative programs.
Source for prospecting new customers and maintaining existing customers base to maximize sales opportunities.
Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
Build relationships with customer through knowledge sharing, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
Actively follow up and maintain strong after-sales relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exceptional service experiences.
Guide and lead the team to meet and exceed their monthly targets, fostering a cohesive and motivated work environment.
Attending training sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and devices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer-facing beauty or retail role, with a strong passion for the industry.
Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition and personality.
Self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
Service -oriented and Customer-oriented.
Proven sales track record.
Solid communication and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of sales working experience preferably in the beauty industry.
Availability to work on retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary: Up to S$10-20K (uncapped commission)
