Your Role

  • Lead and motivate your branch sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high satisfaction standards.
  • Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance.
  • Drive brand image and company growth through strong leadership and teamwork.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.

(Beauty and Slimming only)

  • Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty and slimming industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.

  • Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage salon operations and resources.

  • Strong business acumen, keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Willing to work retail hours.
