About the role

As the Branch Manager at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Central Region location. In this full-time role, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the strategic direction and growth of the branch while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be based in our Central Region office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of Customer Service Representatives and Logistics Coordinators to deliver outstanding service to our clients
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
  3. Oversee inventory management, logistics planning and delivery scheduling to meet client requirements
  4. Analyse branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
  5. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and achieve sales and operational targets
  6. Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver results
  3. Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and team members
  5. Proficient in using data analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics
  6. Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field preferred
  7. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
