Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to grow the business through staff motivation, coaching, customer management and customer experience
- Handle daily operations including customer complaints and administrative paperwork
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet branch KPIs (e.g., monthly sales, customer spend), and increase profitability
- Track sales performance of outlet and implement improvements
- Provide personalized recommendations for hair care products, packages to customers and perform hair treatments and other services when necessary
- Manage and schedule staff roster to maintain optimal manpower
- Train and develop staff to increase their performance and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hair care or related industry
- Prior supervisory of 1-2 years of experience is preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to build great customer relationships
- Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers
