What you do
Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Who you are
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in banking or a related industry
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets and products
A collaborative and innovative approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
