    As a Relationship Manager, you will guide the Bank's clients on their financial journeys and progress to Senior RM, Team Head, or the High-Net-Worth segment within 2–5 years, with a clearly defined, structured career path based on individual sales achievements

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Trusted Relationship Manager, offering Financial Management solutions such as Wealth Protection, Investments, and other secondary Banking products/services
  • Engage clients through Branch walk-ins and Tele-prospecting using the Bank's expansive client database
  • Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals
  • Meet clients at any of the islandwide bank branches, cafes, restaurants, or other locations at your clients' convenience

    No Experience: S$3,600–S$3,800 Basic Salary + S$300 Monthly Allowance + Commissions

    Experienced (FA or Banking exp): S$4,000–S$5,000 Basic Salary + S$300 Monthly Allowance + Commissions + Sign-on Bonus

    Achieve targets to earn Quarterly Commissions starting at S$9,000, with the uncapped potential for MORE based on results

Requirements:

  • Minimum Local Diploma, or any Degree (per Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations)

    *Private Diploma candidates must have completed 900+ training hours - contact me to confirm your eligibility
  • Attain core CMFAS exam modules before commencement (guidance and reimbursement provided)
  • Willing to Hustle: 5.5-day work week (weekday office hours + Saturday mornings), with flexibility to meet clients outside regular hours
