
Business Development Executive

**Work Schedule**:
- **Monday to Friday**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote clinical services and meet sales targets
- Provide support to the sales team by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and generating leads
- Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure adequate manpower and support during peak hours or when additional assistance is required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, client interactions, and operational activities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist in the preparation of sales and operational reports for management review and analysis
- Contribute to the development and improvement of operational and sales processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in operations management, sales, or a customer-facing role within the healthcare industry is preferred
- Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
