We are a Robotics Solutions Provider focused on deployment across the F&B, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors. With the rapid adoption of smart technologies in Asia, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen our market presence as one of the leading players in the industry.

Summary

Basic Salary: $4,500

Benefits: 13thmonth bonus and commission-based bonuses

Work Week: 5 Days (Office Hours)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with end customers, system partners, and robotic integrators
  • Conduct solution-based presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with decision-makers
  • Assess customer needs through site visits and design tailored robotic automation solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, quotations and order processing
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships to achieve revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in automation, robotics, or B2B sales
  • Established network in related industries and proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to bridge engineering and business needs
  • Professional communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented with a genuine passion for robotics and innovation
