[Central Kitchen Admin Assistant]
Job Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support kitchen operations
- Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence (digital and physical)
- Support in preparing reports, memos, and operational updates
- Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System
- Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors
- Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen, head office, and outlet teams
Assist in staff communication, notice posting, and internal announcements
Assist in onboarding new kitchen staff
- Coordinate with the various departments for staff movements, training, and compliance documentation
Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or clerical work (preferably in F&B or kitchen operations)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required
- 5-day work week with rotating shifts
