[Central Kitchen Admin Assistant]

Job Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support kitchen operations
  • Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence (digital and physical)
  • Support in preparing reports, memos, and operational updates
  • Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System
  • Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors
  • Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen, head office, and outlet teams
  • Assist in staff communication, notice posting, and internal announcements

  • Assist in onboarding new kitchen staff

  • Coordinate with the various departments for staff movements, training, and compliance documentation

Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or clerical work (preferably in F&B or kitchen operations)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required
  • 5-day work week with rotating shifts
