About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Humane Manpower Private Limited, you will source for and build up long term relationship with business owners to assist with their manpower needs. We are conveniently located near Tai Seng MRT with the building compound having both swimming pool and gym access, offering you the opportunity to work in an energetic and collaborative environment as part of our growing recruitment team.

What you'll be doing

  • Acquire and follow up with leads who align with the company's competitive advantage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop sales plan to achieve and exceed recruitment targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Work as a team with colleagues for smooth admin/ops process flow from start to end

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the human resources industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies
  • A proactive, resilient and adaptable approach to work
