An established import and export trading company in Singapore is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:
Support Sales team activities by assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring that product supply aligns with customer needs.
Handle daily operational purchasing needs, including planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and shipment timelines.
- Coordinate and arrange shipments for local and overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Sales coordination, Logistics, adminstration, or a related field.
- Some experience in purchasing and logistics management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both local and overseas customer / vendor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle customer adhoc inquiries effectively.
- At least 1 year of experience in the sales admin industry. Entry level candidates with the right attitude are also welcome to apply.
