Robust Technology established in January 2004 in, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. Our primary business focuses on sale and repair of semiconductor equipment parts. In recent years, to meet growing demand for Industry 4.0, we have leveraged over 20 years of experience in semiconductor robotic arm maintenance, improvement, design, and development. With this expertise, we have actively invested in and offer factory automation services centered around robotic arms to our clients.


Job Description:

  • Manage sales activities for company's products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, handle sales inquiries, and process sales orders by communicating with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Provide weekly activity reports.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, principals, and internal teams on shipments and technical matters, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Offer pre-sales and after-sales support, building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maintain sales accounts and actively expand market share.
  • Identify potential opportunities and respond quickly to market changes.
  • Monitor product status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor and internal team to meet organizational goals.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
